Dr. Forrest Wall, a native of Shreveport, is a fellowship-trained and board-certified plastic surgeon. Dr. Wall earned his undergraduate degree in biology at The University of Texas at Austin where he graduated with honors. During this time, he was on the Dean's List and was a College Scholar in Natural Sciences. He then went on to earn his medical degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and finished in the top rankings of his class.
After completing his internship and residency in General Surgery at Ochsner Medical Foundation in New Orleans, Dr. Wall completed two fellowships - the most advanced training a doctor can receive in a medical specialty in the United States. Dr. Wall's first fellowship at Louisiana State University Medical Center – New Orleans (LSUMC) was in microsurgery. He did another fellowship in Hand and Microsurgery at the Buncke Clinic in San Francisco, CA with the "Father of Microsurgery", Harry Buncke, Jr., MD. In San Francisco he gained clinical experience in hand surgery, microsurgery and general plastic and reconstructive surgery.
Dr. Wall completed his training at LSUMC - New Orleans in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. He is an expert in Cosmetic Surgery and Breast Surgery performing State of the Art techniques pioneered at LSU. Dr. Wall's research has been published in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as the Journal of Louisiana State Medical Society. He has also given medical presentations related to breast reconstruction and laser resurfacing. Dr. Wall became internationally known by performing the first breast reconstruction using the abdomen from one identical twin to form a breast mound on the other identical twin as seen on “Good Morning America” and other international news shows.
Dr. Wall is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is licensed in the state of Louisiana. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery, the American College of Surgeons, the Louisiana Medical Association, the Beta Beta Beta Honorary Biological Society and the Shreveport Medical Society.

Julianna, "Juli" has been the aesthetic nurse specialist for the Plastic Surgery Center since 2007. A Louisiana native, Juli received her Bachelor of Science Degree with Honors from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, La. After graduating, she worked in the Cardiac and vascular operating room at a local Shreveport hospital. She then trained and worked for six years in the operating room specializing in Plastic surgery. During those six years, she studied and worked extensively with Dr. Forrest Wall, becoming very knowledgeable and experienced in facial aesthetic procedures.
She is a current member of The American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses, and strives to provide patients with superior results by continuing her education and knowledge of cutting edge aesthetic procedures. Juli offers patients minimally invasive, non-surgical facial procedures such as Botox®Cosmetic injections, dermal fillers for soft tissue augmentation and lip enhancement, and an array of laser procedures.
She offers medical grade skin care regimens, designed specifically for individual lifestyles, to improve the appearance and reduce the effects of aging and sun damaged skin. In addition to facial aesthetics, Juli is trained in performing permanent laser hair reduction for the entire body, laser scar treatments, stretch mark treatments, body skin tightening procedures, leg vein treatment, microdermabrasion and chemical peels.
